Aashna Mansata
Aashna is a Research Fellow with the Crime & Punishment. Their work focuses on mapping of India's criminal law landscape and developing a framework for principle-based criminal law-making. Aashna is also keenly interested in Constitutional and administrative law, and its relevance in the upliftment of marginalised communities. They hold a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
